TARP, Credit Crisis Jobs, etc. — Where to Apply

We spoke to our Treasury contacts over the weekend.  If you would like to know about all employment opportunities within TARP (attorneys, accountants, financial analysts, etc.) go to the TARP web page by clicking here.

You will find the legislation, the procurement process, procedures, jobs, etc.  You can also get on an email list for further information.

If you have an interest in working for Treasury in the TARP program you can submit your resume to eesarecruitment@do.treas.gov.  Resumes are being collected and reviewed although decisions are not expected to move forward until after the election and a more permanent structure is in place.  But they are seeking to recruit. As we indicated last week, most positions will be D.C. based but there will be positions elsewhere in the country.

We expect to have more information in the coming weeks, including contact information for FDIC jobs, SEC jobs, etc.  We will post everything to the Master Posse List and The Posse List blog.  We will try to take the lead on this and keep you as informed as we can.
