We welcome a new e-discovery vendor to The Posse List family: BlueStar Case Solutions. Well, fairly new to us but not new to the e-discovery market in Chicago and beyond (they were founded in 2003) who know it as a company that has used today’s rapidly changing technology to make complex litigation simpler — and substantially less expensive— to manage. Now, they have added contract attorney review to their suite of services. With a project management team that has “in the trenches” experience, BlueStar focuses on giving their reviewers all the tools they need to deliver the best review possible for their clients.
And they have broad knowledge and experience with a pedigreed management team:
Greg Estes, an original founder of BlueStar and an experienced consultant in the finance and legal industry with over 8 years experience, has advanced the company by working with many Am Law 100 firms throughout the country to understand and develop litigation support practices through the use of technology and vendor management. His experience with the “Best of Breed Software” and knowledge of Imaging & Electronic Discovery has kept the company on the forefront of EDD technology.
Jeremy Schaper, also a founder and Principal, who has a decade of legal industry software training and instructional design experience which includes CT Summation, LexisNexis Concordance End-User Trainer, Administrator and FYI Administrator certifications. Jeremy conducts training for legal professionals at many Am Law Top 100 Firms throughout the country and speaks before numerous industry groups about legal technology and vendor services.
Matthew Minor, who joined the company last year as Chief General Counsel and head of the Legal Staffing Division, has been practicing for thirteen years, ten years of which have been dedicated to large-scale electronic litigation consultation and project management. He gained valuable experience in the law firm setting, with three years each as an attorney with Sidley Austin LLP and Sonnenschein Nath. Matthew also has four years of experience as an independent litigation consultant, managing document review teams for various firms in Chicago.
But that merely skims the surface of their experience. For their full bios click here.
